At FloatMe, we like our members to have safe access to their accounts. A multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a very helpful feature to keep your FloatMe account secure. We highly recommend that all of our members enable the MFA as soon as they sign up for FloatMe.
You can enable MFA in a few easy steps! Once you log into the app, tap on your profile icon at the bottom and go to your Settings.
Once there, simply tap on "Multi-factor Authentication"
Please make sure the phone number shown in the pop-up is your current phone number. If not, please tap "Cancel" and reach out to our Support team--we can update it for you.
If it is correct, tap "Enable". From here, just follow the prompts to enable MFA.
