At this time, our system cannot qualify your account to Float if your bank balance falls below a certain amount. We do not share the specific amount for fraud prevention and security reasons.
We rely on the account balance information your bank provides us to update your balance in-app. If the app is showing a lower bank balance than what is actually in the account, please wait a few hours and try again. Most banks send updated information multiple times daily.
To make sure you can access a Float before your balance is too low, you can set low balance reminders in-app by going to your Settings menu. Tap on Notifications, and set your preferences. We recommend setting an alert at a balance of at least $5.
