At this time, our we cannot issue Floats to accounts with an available or current balance that falls below a certain amount for each individual.
We rely on the account balance information your bank provides us to update your balance in app. If the app is showing a lower bank balance than what is actually in the account, please wait a few hours and try again. Sometimes it can take a bit of time for the bank servers to update ours. Most banks send updated information multiple times daily.
To make sure you can access a Float before your balance is too low, you can set a balance minimum reminders in the app by going to your Settings menu, tapping on notifications, and setting your preferences.
