If you're still being charged our monthly membership fee, it could be because:
1. Your membership wasn't truly canceled. Like most apps, simply deleting FloatMe from your device, or not using the service, does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your membership, you must go to your Settings in-app or submit a support ticket.
2. There is an additional Active account under your information. If you've signed up for FloatMe more than once, then it's possible there are other Active accounts being charged our membership fee. Please message us in-app or submit a Support ticket. Our Member Experience Team is happy to investigate the issue.
3. Something else is going on. Please submit a support ticket and we will look into it for you!
