Oh no! We hope this doesn't happen, but sometimes things don't go as planned. If you miss a payment for your MVP membership, you will have a 7 day grace period to pay your subscription fee. Don't worry, we never charge late fees or additional penalties.
The app will show a pop-up reminding you of the missed payment and give you the option to pay manually. It will look something like this:
If the 7 day grace period passes, and the fee is still not paid, you will lose access to your MVP features and your MVP Card will be locked until payment is received. Your membership will be downgraded to our FloatMe Lite tier.
After that, if 90 days pass without a successful payment, your MVP account and card will be closed. If you need access to your transaction statements for the closed account, please contact our Support team. We're happy to help!
