If your phone number has changed, and you are having trouble logging in, please submit a support ticket or contact us via the app with the following information:
1) Your first and last name
2) The email address associated with your FloatMe account
3) The current phone number on your FloatMe account
And finally:
4) Your new phone number
Please note, the phone number you provide needs to be the phone number of the mobile device you are using to access FloatMe, otherwise you may not be able to log in.
